Could someone check my wiring diagram?

Post by ibleedorange02 » Fri Dec 14, 2018 3:12 pm

Hi! This is my first GBZ, and I would like to be sure that my wiring diagram looks right before I start soldering. Could someone take a look at it? Is there anything I could improve (I’m sure there is)?
NB - I haven’t included the L and R buttons, the speaker, or the 5V screen mod as I’m pretty confident about those.

Please forgive the crappy diagram. It’s my first try at that too. :) Thanks for any feedback you can give!

Looks good.

Few suggestions:

I would put the switch on the 5v line. Not the ground.

I would also ground the screen beside the tv signal pin the (round pin beside where your white wires goes). It seems to help reduce interference if it is grounded beside.

You can also power the screen (5v) from the main pcb, which has many 5v test pads.

Thank you for your expertise, sir! I will make those changes!

Blessings!
