Did I ruin my screen by pushing down on it?

I finished soldering, hot gluing and wiring everything but then i turn it on to see if it works.

And it did. Except the screens looks like this.

Two days ago it worked like it should.

I had a bit of trouble closing the case and i pressed down on it pretty heavily. This looks like damage but i hope that its fixable, although i doubt it. Cant wait to spend money amd wait a month for it to arrive and then dissasemble half the components.

Doesn't look ideal. Double check the power and ground wiring as well. Got any pics of the wiring on the pi and on the screen board?

More pics will help diagnose. When it worked for you before was it in the shell? May also be some interference with the wiring when it's in the case.

This is all assuming the actual screen is not damaged from the pressure you put on it. Which hopefully is the case. Either way. Check everything before you replace.
