[SOLVED] tinkerBOY v1.1 Issue - Lagging/Freezing with Button Presses
Posted: Tue Jan 22, 2019 2:35 pm
Good day All,
I'm having an issue with a recently completed build using the tinkerBOY v1.1 board. Pressing or holding down certain buttons causes the system to lag then freeze entirely. Single presses on these buttons also have a hard time registering. This is using tinkerBOY's custom RetroPie image with GPIO controller already pre-installed
Initially, none of the buttons registered making controller setup impossible. Following the advice in this user's thread https://sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=6206 I cleaned the pcb contacts and replaced the silicone pads. This change allowed button presses to register and initial setup to be completed, however the lagging/freezing issue now persists.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
