Wiring the Powerboost to multiple components!?

Post by BowmarDafty » Tue May 07, 2019 7:06 am

Hello again!

We're setting up the battery/power side of things on our build and we've hit a snag.

We have 3 things that need power from the powerboost.

- The audio amp (which goes only to the little speaker.)
- the screen/chip for screen etc.
- the Pi zero itself.

With only one 5v and one Ground pin out on the powerboost... how the hell are people doing this?

Thanks,

A Total Noob.

You can use a power strip (http://market.sudomod.com/power-strip-pcb/).
New! tinkerBOY PowerSwitch v1.0 with Safe Shutdown
Game Boy Zero Controllers available @ tinkerBOY.xyz * Support
tinkerBOY Controller v3.0 - built-in usb controller, usb audio, and usb hub
tinkerBOY Controller v2.0 - GPIO buttons and builtin PWM Audio and Amplifier
tinkerBOY Controller v1.1 - simple pcb button
* DPI Adapter - better display for GBZ
* keyboard converters - IBM XT/AT Soarer's Converter | ADB to USB Converter

Yeah a power strip is key. You'll want one, or something similar. It does not have to be the one linked, but that one is good. You could also use a piece of perf board or something too.
