3.5" display question

Hello modders!
I want to build a custom gameboy with RPi 3B+.
The problem I have is that I bough a display from gearbest that was supposed to work on 5V and I accidentally broke the board the display came with.
I ended up buying a display board from Aliexpress but I have no idea how or if is possible to make it work at 5V because it is rated to work at 12V. Also, some ideas on how can I connect this screen to my 3B+ will be appreciated.
