Double Speed on Neogeo Game

Post by runthejewels » Sun Jul 07, 2019 3:55 am

I've built my first GameboyZero With
Circuit Sword Lite. All working fine for now, example: GB Games, GBA games, Snes, etc.

Only problem that I've found is on Pifba emulator and other emulator that emulate neogeo games.

For first my HW:
Circuit Sword Lite
Raspberry Zero W
Retropie 4.4.
Use personal romset (from 2 years of research) that working super fine on my Raspberry 3 B+.

The problem:
The problem is that: all Neogeo Games is fluid and the sound is perfect but the speed is very fast. Why? Is a performance problem?

Someone can help me about this problem?
I've goes crazy on that.
Thankyou to all for reading and (i hope) support.

Have a nice Gameday Forum!

Try editing the /boot/config.txt and lower down the pixel frequency to 64 instead of 96:

hdmi_timings=320 1 20 30 38 240 1 4 3 10 0 0 0 60 0 6400000 1

See if that helps, otherwise it might be a USB sound type thing as it will sync the speed to sound. There may be some configuration for that.
