Tinkerboy v2.2

Post by spacemishka » Sun Aug 18, 2019 12:23 pm

Hello,

i have a little issue with my Build. On startup the message "No Gamepad detected" appears. I wired it as tinkerboy mentioned in his tutorial

https://www.tinkerboy.xyz/how-to-wire-t ... ata-cable/

One Question is D- allways a white wire?

thanks
Peter

Iam just building it. I think i have to get another OTG-Adapter. Connected it to my pc and both red led turn on. As i understand that mean the arduino is working.

Well now, when the board is connected to the pc, the green led turns on but the reds doesn't. Furthermore the board gets not recognized.
What to do?

The pads on the pi for D+ and D- are very close together on the pi, and easy to bridge. Make sure there is no continuity between those two pads after soldering, and also make sure the pad for D- is not bridged to ground, since it is so close to that ground point right beside it.
