Wiring audio, still need help :/

Post by Throwawayallday » Sun Dec 15, 2019 3:39 pm

I don't want to spam the board so I have edited my previous thread.

I have all my parts and I have tested my RPOw and Screen and all seem to be in working order.
I am running into a problem, I am unfamiliar with wiring...I am slowly learning by hoping from thread to thread and searching google, but I could use some help from more experienced builders as this is not my expertise and I am merely guessing

Here is my current layout
Image
The numbers indicate the pins on the Pi, to save space instead of having more lines crossing.

I am slightly confused about how to properly wire the AMP, add-on board, the main board, and speaker together. I've tried searching the forums and google and using the discord (this forum and /r/gameboy) and either I get no information or something that helps with a different part set-up and I am honestly confused. :(

I am also wondering if anyone had any recommended 3D printed screen holders that would accommodate my current part set up.
SUPERMAN's response was in response to my previous parts list.

Thanks for any advice or help!

Also go for the gear beast screen. I bought the amazon one and have been soldering since I was 9 and it took all my skills to remove the chip. I nearly ruined it.

Ha, thanks for the input. I was leaning that way regardless as it I didn't really care to dismantle anything. I went ahead and got the gearbeast one as it was on sale for only a few more hours :)
Althought I may regret it after more looking around as I have just found this BUNDLE
Oh! I like those molds! I haven't seen any that would allow me to just screw them into the case as of yet!
