How to make working pbps with psx2psp

Does anyone know how to make a working pbp of ff7 for the RetroPi? I made one and it ended up being 1.99 gigs and it didn't work. I want a pbp so I have a multi disk instead of the bins and cues. I'm in using psx2psp with my game. I don't know how emtprime managed to make a 1.45 gig pbp file. Can I please get some help. I want to make working pbps of my JRPGS and add them to my gbz zero.
Also how come I can't get scrap to work to find thumbnails for my games? I tried to do it and it doesn't seem to work finding the thumbnails. It says no image for all of my games. Pbps and even the bin/cmus when I had them on.
