[SOLVED] How to adjust overscan within a game?

Hi hope you are ok at this strange moment!
You have all helped me in the past but not been on for a long time,
This might be aimed at people doing spi builds?
I have one last build I want to finish that was started a few years ago. It has an spi screen but the right hand side is cut off so can not been seen. The problem is with overscan within games.
I adjusted the overscan within the config text and this fixes the boot up text going off screen but once emulation station starts it goes back to normal and the screen goes off to the right.
The same happens when in a game, I have tried going into the settings on a game as it loads and there is an option to adjust to match the config but it makes no difference when the game loads it still goes off screen?
hopefully you have some ideas.
Thanks again

Right, I kept researching as this forum seems like a ghost town now?
The solution is actually very simple!?
There is another line within config.txt called
overscan_scale=1
It was hidden away with the audio on mine?
This needs to be unhashed.
Then it works!

nice. yeah that one can trip you up (i never understood why they group it in the audio stuff by default), as well "disable_overscan".

i think the forums are just a little quieter at the moment - people have probably moved on to other projects since there hasn't been a lot of new things happening with gbzs.
