Modifying screen to 5v

Hey everyone, I'm making a RPi zero portable and got a 3.5" screen from Amazon. Got a larger PCB than I wanted but im using a custom case anyways so not a big problem. I've been looking through the forums and the wiki but haven't seen this pcb design anywhere (or am I just blind?). How would I go ahead and modify the screen to accept 5v? Thanks!

Does the 8-pin chip on the far right have a part number on it?

I had the bad luck and received the same screen (from
ATian Direct), it doesn't work for me because I'm using the original DMG101 case, but while I wait for the screen from
GearBest I wanted to start testing the buttons and everything else, so I modified the same screen you have to work, here is what I did:

Proof that it works on 5v:
