I made this low pass filter but I have no way to test it. I just wanted to make sure there are no glaring errors in the way that I made it. Also what does Wermy mean by cutting the trace?

I also purchased this USB DAC. I believe that it is supposed to be used instead of the Low Pass Filter. So how would I go about setting this up? I have yet to find a guide on it.

From the looks of it I'd say it won't work, I'll explain below

[spoiler="Trace direction"]Firstly, I'm guessing your traces on the back are going in this direction



But what you want is your traces going this way

[spoiler="Cutting underneath"]Secondly, you need to cut the trace underneath this resistor



So if the top row was the one with the resistor, that's the one you'd cut



Leaving the trace underneath looking like this, so the current is forced to go through the resistor

So it'll look like this with the traces
