hub help

Hey I was wondering if anyone has tried this hub? http://m.ebay.com/itm/HubPiWi-1-3-Raspb ... nav=SEARCH will this work with an external HDD and regular flash drives? Could anyone suggest a good powered hub that's worked well in there projects?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. The HDD would have to be powered elsewhere but it would work without any issues.
