I have an a 7" raspberry pi screen and an Rpi3 laying around and have decided I want to use them to build a Portable Unit. Thanks to this forum the internals aren't that big of a concern, likely I'll gut an existing controller (likely a xbox) for buttons and boards. My concern is a housing/case. I am not really sure where to start on that front. I thought about re-purposing something but nothing seems right. Any Suggestions, or pointers would be appreciated. I've only committed to the screen and Pi3 at this point so if there is a suggestion on those lines thats cool too.

Personally, I'd look at some kind of 3D printed design for the 7" screen. Not sure if you have any experience or anything with 3D printing or designs. You could always design something similar to this
