Well I was just about to finish everything (even closed the GB-case), when i realized that my teensy didn't work anymore.

So I reopen everything and when I tried to get the teensy out of the case, i damaged a little coil and a miniatur capacitor on the screen controller board (hot glue was attached to the components and ripped them off).

-The Teensy had lost its programm and needed to be reprogrammed. (Don't got any Idea why)
-The Screen didn't do anything with the damaged controller board.
-Most weird: After i dissambled the damaged display my SD cart was also acting strange (my pc didnt recognize it and the Zero couldn't even boot anymore, sd cart got really warm while tryin to boot)

A damn bad start into the weekend, I'm really frustrated and thinking about to cancel the project for a while. (new monior arrival takes a lot of time and I fear that I have to set up the OS, sound and all other options all over again)

What did I learn ? Be carefull with the hot glue

Sorry to hear that... :/ are you sure it's beyond repair? Those coils can be glued back down. I had one that the top was snapped off straight out of the case (I may have knocked it when taking it out, who knows). Glued it down and it works fine.
Yeah hot glue is great for quickly attaching things but you definitely have to be careful when removing something. I usually slice it with a razor and then peel off the glue.

You could always use some wires and attach them to their original place using the wire, soldering them back in place if the pads/traces are intact is always the best option but if they are gone then you will have some work to do repairing the traces/pads.

Update:

A measurment engineering friend of mine was able to replace the smd coil & capacitor with just a tweezer and the soldering iron
That was pretty impressive !
I was also able to finish my build of the GBZ, pictures coming soon.
