Want an alternative system to Raspberry Pi

I was looking around on the internet for more handhelds when I stumbled upon a Altoids small handheld that could hold Roms such as pong, but when I looked for the parts and instructions there were none, so I wanted to set out to finish it and maybe share it, so the main issue with this is that the systems I've found are all to big to fit in an altoids tin so I wanted to ask here and hope for the best.
