Help with the charging port

So as you guys can tell I have some issues making the perfect cut I'm wondering if there's a special tool or technique that you guys do in order to make the micro USB fit perfectly any help would be great thank you!

Pretty tricky i'd say as the hole starts off round and already wider then the micro USB.
I have a white case on mine and im going to fill the gaps with white silicone.
Will post photos with the result.
