the caps are not required. haven't had any reports of issues with these boards. the leads are not long enough, but since there have been so many requests, i did a board with caps...BadBert wrote:any ETA on the revC with the capacitor?

sorry for the delay! but, finally got these photographed and posted... these are the rev.C, which has the socket pointing upwards.
after many requests, decoupling caps have been added. they are not required on the other boards, but are a cinch to add during assembly and won't hurt, so I put them on this revision.
