Preordered one too, I'm so excited to get my hands on it. I'm so thankful that you made another preorder and I really appreciate your work! It makes life so much easier for newbies like me. I just hope I get the analog stick to work...

Does this apply only to today's pre-order units or are the 25 from yesterday already set up with no analogue stick out of the box?

This is for every Preorder from the original to the 2nd and beyond. Only the people who gut the original boards through the upgrade have the SparkFun bootloader, I'd love to reprogram it for them but many are overseas and shipping back and forth isn't worth it.

I did make a new guide for these early adopters and also any current orders to reprogram them board using a USBasp though.
