It's for an LED i think. Don't know how to wire it though.

@daboosa The Adafruit PowerBoost has a low battery pin which you can connect to a Pi. The issue I found was when charging, the pin can be as high as 5v, which can damage the Pi's GPIO pins. My PCB includes a protective diode to keep the voltage clamped at a safe level.

I would like a couple from the second batch also. Posting to follow! Thanks!

Hi Camble,

Received my pcb and have it wired up, but I seem to have a slight problem.

When I flick the switch, the pi turns off immediately.

Seems power is cut with the switch.

Pretty sure I have the correct command in the boot/config.txt.

What could be wrong?

I should probably point out that I don't yet have the battery connected. Could this be the problem? They cMe with different sized jst connectors so I have had to order some to make a wire to connect between the battery and powerboost

@spacedementia87 Some people have reported this issue when no battery is connected. It's not supposed to act this way. Try it with a battery and get back to me please.

Will do.

I might have to wait a while though as I have had to order some jst connectors.

The battery has an xhp and the power boost is ph.

You may well be happy to hear that it works perfectly with the battery attached.

I spliced together an adaptor wire and now the power boost waits for the pi before shutting down.

No idea why it would not work initially but there you go!
