Are there any actual guides (for noobs i guess) for your board? I know not what I am looking at. :D

This board is low pass filter that will work in conjunction with an audio amp. If you check this link it shows what resistors and capacitors you will need:

2 33nf capacitors
2 10uf capacitors
2 270 ohm resistors
2 150 ohm resistors

These will need to be soldered. The G, 13, and 18, pins are meant for input from the pi, and the L, R, and G are meant to be output to the amp/speaker/headphones/volume pot.
