I'm also in the process of building up my own gameboy zero.

Following excellent advices from this forum / wiki I have all the components ready to go.

Unlike most of people, I've started by the end of the project; I machined my own stand to show my project off while it was not even started









I build two stands like this, one for me, and one just in case someone would be interested; it's on ebay:

In my country these are available for a few € to put books on, I'm sure they're available elsewhere too!

Googling "(acrylic) book stand" gives quite a few results that could work.

Ah, cool. I'd happily pay that few €/$ to @marco though for something more tailor-made for the GBZ.

Hi,
I have just sold the spare one that I had
I machined it on a little CNC that is good enough for prototyping, but not tailored for production.
If some people (10 min) show interest on it, I may start a batch from a local manufacturer that I know here in France, the price would be around 25€ per stand (delivery out) and delivery time one week.
