Update on my case too:

Paypal settled the claim also in my favour. So everything is cool.

Hopefully YaYa is ok and comes back to business soon.

Sorry for your troubles, guys. Nobody really knows what happened. :\ I saw someone mention that sudomod should "shut down his storefront." yaya-design.com is his site though, not much we can do about it. I removed links to his site from the OP and from his signature.
