Wermy very kindly posted the stl file for a screw bracket here - it's a really tricky part of the build and I think it's a really handy timesaver.

UPDATE 2016-07-25 OK these all shipped out today. I think I cleaned up in Paypal, if you don't have a confirmation that it sent then get in touch with me. I had to leave in a hurry, so tomorrow I'll count how many spares I have left and put them up for sale. After that, I'll get another run started if there interest is there.
