[SOLVED] Fan not spinning @ SAIO V0.6C + PI3 EXT V1.2A

Hello guys,

i've finished my build with an Pi3 and the ext board v1.2A, everything turned out well, but the fan.
It doesnt spin at all (also not during power up).

The fan itself is ok, checked it with an external power supply (plugs disconnected from board of course)
I noticed a little jumper on the EXT board, may it needs to be bridged?

Yeah it was a late addition, it was there in the first place in case you wanted to power the fan from 2.5v or some other voltage to alter speed etc but 3.3v is perfect really
