Hi Kite, sorry mate. It seems my Gem has gotten worse (see post viewtopic.php?f=50&t=6884&start=250 one with the images). I've tried to solder the GPIO again but with more solder and holding it on for a longer period. but it seems that it doesn't even turn the screen backlight on and the Pi doesn't even light up to say that it's doing something (previously it did, and was flashing green). Think I may have buggered something up big time....
I've also updated the image on the SD card with TEST MODE on
