Please help someone

Giles this is the picture of the two broken solder pads on my board. They are directly on top of each other. I think they are called pin # 23 and 24. Please help me

Hi,

Those solder blobs are too high, and you soldering iron is probably too hot and solder not good enough :P The bits of solder should be minimal to non-existent! By adding more solder and carefully moving it away, you can reduce the solder on there. See the video that I made on youtube here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bqzf31Nla5c

Those two pins, are an element of BLUE and GREEN, however it WILL WORK without them.
