I am new to this. With that said, I have received and built Kite's newest all-in-one CSO. However, I feel that I am suck after loading Kite's Retropie image. Do ROM and emulators come with this image or do I need to find my own?

Allmost all emulators are loaded in the image. Some needs to be installed with the configuration, theybwill be downloaded.

As for the ROMs, it’s strictly forbidden to ship them with an image as this is an act of piracy if you don’t own the real ROM.

So take in mind that if you download them somewhere, you are violating several international copyright laws and can be prosecuted for this infringement. Unless you own the real games for them.

Do not ask where to download them. Distributing links or ROMs is an infringement too.
