3.3V and 5V on Kites SAIO

I have version 0.6C1 20170716. And I am a bit confused on the 3.3V jumper and 5V jumper. I was originally using the wiki and it looked like both were supposed to be soldered when using a Pi3. But then I learned about the PDF for assembling this and it states that I should only use one or the other.
So which is it?

Solved. You only need 3.3V jumper.
