USB Arduino Fail?

So I purchased Kite's Circuit Sword several months back.
When I purchased it I did basic testing and put it away until I had time to finish the project.

Today I started and none of the inputs work
I ran the Tester mode of the newest Rasbian release and got the following:

USB ARDUINO = [FAIL]
USB AUDIO = [FAIL]
USB HUB = [FAIL]
Joystick = [FAIL] (Not using a joystick)
GPIO SHDM = [OK]

The Arduio status light flashes when pressing the MODE and the button attached to the power switch, but no USB HID inputs seem to work at all.

Is this fixable, or is the board done for?
