Re: microsd solder points
Version 1.2A and above features a JST (4pin 1.0mm) connector for a USB port which you can wire up a USB to SD adaptor for and place wherever you want. As for the on board one there are no solder points unless you use the legs of the CM3 slot.
I can only assume you are trying to use the CM3 with embedded 4GB flash and use an external SD as well.. on the V1.1E there is an unpopulated chip by the SD slot which is actually a USB to SD adaptor itself however I've since removed it completely because it is far easier to use the CM3Lite (no on board flash) and a good SD card.

Re: microsd solder points
Actually, I'd like to wire a GB cartridge slot connector up to a microsd adapter, wermy-style. My apologies, I should have provided more details.kite wrote: ↑Thu Jul 05, 2018 2:59 amVersion 1.2A and above features a JST (4pin 1.0mm) connector for a USB port which you can wire up a USB to SD adaptor for and place wherever you want. Removing the CS's microsd female connector and soldering directly to the legs is an option, though. Thanks!
