I have lost the controls in RetroArch.

This afternoon I do not know what I have touched, I have totally lost the button configuration in RetroArch. I can not move through the menus, so I can not configure the controls, remove RetroArch or anything ... Of course, when starting any game, I can not do anything ... I have version 1.7.6 of RetroArch. Any solution to the problem? Perhaps putting the configuration file "by hand" to its corresponding folder could solve the problem? Thank you.
