Circuit sword lite segmentation/bus fault/solder bridge

So I just got my circuit sword lite put together, but when I try to configure the buttons I get a segmentation fault or a bus error, or it just freezes. I pulled everything out of the case and I still get the same errors. I also found a tiny solder bridge on a chip. When I get home I'll try a different sd card. Here's some pictures of the errors, my soldering job, and the solder bridge.

All looks alright, can you get a NEW SD card, or a different one (but a brand new one ideally) and re-burn the image and try that please?

Tried a brand new card and still get the same errors.

hm, did the pi work before you hooked it all up?

And to confirm, this is using the LITE image right? https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sw ... e/releases

What might be worth doing is getting the stock image, and then copying the 'config.txt' from the CSLite image onto the stock image, this will allow the internal screen to work. Not much else will (sound, input, menu, etc) however if it boots all the way up, then that's a good sign!

I didn't test the pi, it was brand new and I didn't even think about it, oops. Yes I'm using the lite version, Circuit-Sword-Lite-Software-v1.0.1.zip

I'll try the stock image when I get to work and see what happens. Thanks.

It's still the same. It boots up fine and starts emulation station and then asks to configure a controller. Once I start pushing the buttons I get the error. I also plugged in a usb controller and the same thing happens when I try to configure that.

I have just installed Fedora 64 and fully updated it. After that, I installed EB1 and when I run ./eschalon_book_1 it gives me the following error:
./eschalon_book_1
Setting sound driver: Default
Segmentation fault core dumped
