my cm3 circuit sword is stuck on mode screen

can anyone help me with this i load up and looks great til i get to game pad screen the mode screen is on and i can switch settings no problem with buttons the problem is i cant get it off the screen lol

Got it ! thanks i took case apart and powered on to see what ground was touching now will fix it thank you so much!
