ABS vapor works great for smoothing out parts, but it actually only works for ABS. I remember reading about some other chemical that works for PLA, can't remember what it was off the top of my head though.

for a better 3d aspect, and a nice skin of your 3d print you can use sand blaster with just a little of power
or a solution is to use that :)

I'm mechanical engineer especially in 3d printing, and i have a personal 3d print and i have acces to some professionnal 3d printer...

so if you need an advice, or a tips you can contact me :)

i use ultimaker 2 and a reprap printer for FDM, and i have access to some pro 3d print of STRATASYS.

it's my mind,

i will made the first GBZ folowwing the tuto, but after i must do 3 or 4 models for friends so i think modeling a custom case to prepare this small production :)

It would be great if someone can make the cartridge reader.... I think there would be a huge demand on it ! ;)
Because, when you do a Pi Zero without a real gameboy but just brand new parts, that the only thing you can't buy anywhere !

screen brackets in different sizes, that center your screen. aka 3.5" screen bracket | [3.5] | and here's a 2.5" | [ 2.5] | the screen would rest perfectly in the center square, and the rest of the bracket would extend to the sides. keeping the screen centered, and straight
