I came across this design while I was going through some other boards on this site. I saved it right then so I wouldn't lose it, but didn't think to look at who actually made it.

So does anyone know who made this or if there is an STL file of it?

Looks like he hasn't been on in a year, so you're probably out of luck finding a file for it.
