I had someone locally print this and doesnt seem to sit up against the mode button. Also sits higher so the button actually doesnt sit inside the hole of the DMG case.
What could be the issue?

You have to make sure you soldered the mode button at the right height to be even with the hole. I had to desolder my mode button on my build to get it right. I think kite sends the mode button unsoldered now for that reason I believe. Also did you print the additional little support that goes behind the button also? It gives the button support for when you press it.

I don’t unfortunately. It’s been a while since I’ve built it. I had bought a variety pack that had an assortment of sizes and used the one that fit best. Never took notice as to the actual length.
