Yes! :D Only with the ones coming with the new order (preorder #5) I modified the design to take those soft buttons (only 2x of them though).. but still kept everything else :)
Oh.. I have the one coming with preorder #4.. So it's not possible?
Will have these available very soon :D

There ya go Hoolyhoos improves it as always :) With my older one you could do it with some creative soldering.. with the squishy buttons technically you can just use a 3D printed bracket and wire them manually (if one exists) but something like that with a PCB will make life easier.

Haha I swear we are always in the same boat. I'm making one identical to this as well. Couldn't figure out how to fit 4 dmg buttons in a row (way too big). Just ordered a bunch of those soft membranes switches last week and made a quick board design similar to this. I'm always on the slow end though 😂😂 looks great 👍

Yeah 4 dmg caps in a row is too tight in this location which is why I think my Universal PCB is a good AIO for DMG or 12mm caps. This PCB will fit the bill be for those preferring a more discrete, slimmer profile with smaller caps but still want that soft membrane feel. Super easy installation on either one is huge, IMHO :D

Yeah I've only ever used the dmg buttons and pads with my designs. Takes up a but more space when you have to have room for all the parts and bracket. Once people started mentioning the soft tactile switches, it opened up more possibilities since they are so much smaller. And don't need to waste space on a rubber pad.

Probably gonna update some of mine to use those now. Thanks to the community for bringing them up, otherwise I wouldn't have seen them haha

Yes, those will work with 3d inserts I made for them to get the spacing right.
