For your bracket for the rear buttons (2), does it raise the HDMI board high enough to be level or do we still need to solder in the PCB spacers? For example Erik G's bracket takes care of this.

It should be thick enough. I did just realize though that i had the setting checked in cura that builds an extra later between the supports and the model. If you print this and it isn't thick enough let me know and i can give a corrected model.

Bottom Line: no need to solder. That was the whole point

Is it possible to get "Cart With Fan Vent.stl" without Gameboy Zero on it? I tried removing it but I keep getting fragments. Might be easier if you have it as a separate layer.

I'm sure you already got everything figured out. But I found 1.6mm above the screw post was a good height to rest the HDMI board on. The 2mm that the soldered boards add seems slightly too high to me.
