Nice work you did there
Did you benchmark the performance in relation to the original way? Would be nice to see

Lol, maybe you can provide us that info on a PowerPoint with bar graphs.
Seriously, I will wait on feedback from you guys.

Hahhahaha I will see what I can do if I get my hands on one, but first I have to source a 3d printing service that uses resin.
And I never really used PowerPoint, so you have to bear with some good old open Office

You could always use shapeways and have it done in their SLS process, which looks very nice!

Yeah i thought about it too but i quoted the stl's and they wanted something around 100€ so i didn't go with them, i instead found a lokal SLA printig service on treatstock who did all the parts for around 15,50$ so about 13€.
this is the production picture they send me.
Will post an update how they turned out.

Did some initial test on the airflow since I was finally able to come close to completing my build. I can tell you that it looks very promising. Fan blows warm air out as intended and temperature drops quickly to stop the fan. Testing was done without a heat sink
so I imagine when I do place one it should be that much better. Looking to use a flatter larger one since there is space with the fan relocated. Very impressed
