[SOLVED] Is it just me? Huge Board index & Topics list / Chrome

Post by ekilla » Thu May 09, 2019 3:48 am

Hi,

since several days I get a very weird view when I visit the forum. This occures on the board index as well as in the topic overview in subforums or when going to "New post".

Im using Chrome at home and at work. At the moment showing Version 69.0.3497.81 but it´s updating now. I see that only while using Chrome, not while using i.e. Edge.

Every row is just huge and I have to scroll to death to see everything.

EDIT: STRG + F5 fixes it, but only until the next visit.

I had the same: try to delete browser cache. This helped for me.
Edit: at least on Android Firefox browser. Usually I visit this website mostly by mobile...

Yeah as I wrote, STRG+F5 clears the problem since it loads the site completely new and caches it new. But it comes back.

Clearing, and I mean completely clearing your cache should really fix the problem. Try going through the chrome menu (Settings > Advanced > Clear Browsing Data > Cached Files) and clearing it that way.

Strange, after the last reload of the page with STRG+F5 it didn´t came back. So no complete cache deleting needed for now.
