Okay so here is the game plan. I want to create a very basic security system that triggers a camera when ever a motion sensor near my door, take that image send it to me via either SMS or email, and have the ability to turn the whole thing off or on with a response SMS/email so that it doesn't trigger when i enter the room. That's the very basics of the project if I finish that and I have extra time I would like to make it so that i can have multiple cameras and networked together and maybe connect to my google drive so i can store all my photos in one place. A few people have already done this with a raspberry pi but i haven't found anyone else doing this with arduino.
The current parts list consists of
the esp32 board.

The motion sensor

The camera

after messing around with all the components for about a day I realized how this is going to be A LOT more complicated than i'd anticipated (specifically the camera) but i'm excited to learn, I've never done anything with arduino before but hopefully i can learn this as i go.
