LumiNES - (Cool Baby/Hex NESemu ESP32 Board) w/ Environment Adjustable Backlight

Hey Sudomod!

It's been a bit since I last posted on the forums...Futureboy has had his time. ON TO NEW MODS!

Last minute I decided to try and enter the Summer Competition (or rather dared to by Wermy).
This project is a collaboration with my good friend Modsiah aka Postman.

The build uses a Cool Baby (BittBoy knockoff) casing, Hex's ESP32 NESemu board and a photo resistor to adjust lcd brightness.

• Hex Board

• ili9341 2.2" SPI Lcd

• Stereo Audio Amp

• Photo Resistor

Unfortunately during compiling of the code we ran into some issues and will not have the project done in time for the deadline.
The entire week leading up to the end date, we had stayed up long nights learning so much about the ESP32 and different coding environments. I really appreciate all the help and support along the way from everyone! (You know who you are!)

I am going to continue to figure out a solution and post my progress when done. I always post project updates first on my IG.
