I have reached out twice about a back-ordered item within the last couple weeks and I'm getting no reply.

I have also emailed Konnor directly 2 days ago, my first contact was using the Galaxy gaming contact box on the main page.
I paid for a back-ordered item, and I realize this takes time but it's been two months and I just want to know an ETA. If it's going to be another two months I want to see about canceling my order and getting a refund.
Order number is 2926
