Hi
I'm trying to setup my Pi Zero but I'm having issues. I have tried using Etcher, PiBaker and the Mac Terminal to write to the MicroSD on my Mac and tried using win32diskimager on Windows. I've tried using both RetroPie v3.7 and v3.8.1. Each time I have formatted the Sd using either the Sd association's format tool or the built in Mac format tool. I've connected the Pi to the PC using USB and it dings so it's not dead. Does anyone have any advice?

Not yet. That's my next move. I'm on a budget so didn't want to spend more money if I didn't have to. My SD card is listed as one of the compatible ones on the RPi website. It's a Samsung Evo 32GB Class 10 so I thought it would work fine. I guess not :/

It works! I'm using a Maplin Pro 16GB Class 10 card. It must have been the "Samsung" card. I got it off eBay so I think it may be a fake or faulty card. Thanks for the help!
