The only thing I can suggest is to probe each IC and see if it is converting 12V to 5V... (try checking the small 6 pin ICs as well, be careful not to short/remove anything until you're sure)

But i am not sure, so you should use a multimeter before getting started,
or you will end up like poor 1461748123 here.
Compare the ICs names with the one from my picture guide here,
if those are the same and everything else is in the same place,
you should be fine with following it.
