AVRDudess On Windows 10 (issues need help)

So im aware that windows 10 and AVRDudess doesnt work well together due to Drivers on the USBasp having problems on windows 10
any one have work arounds with this? i know i could maybe downgrade ansd take forever, any other options that FIXES the problem though?
im aware atleast one person has done it

[Edit] it worked, yet it still wont detect the MCU , which really sucks, more on that soon hopefully
