It fit very nice in my aftermarket body with no modification (I bought one from him original poster as I have no 3D printer). I would think slight variations should probably be expected as one cant be to sure how rigorous the quality control is at wherever these aftermarket shells are being produced.

Could have been how mine was printed - just found it odd that it fit in my original case but not aftermarket. Good news is with a bit of light grinding on both sides with my dremel it fits!
