Psy128 2nd gbz
Psy128 2nd gbz
Hi this time I'm doing it a little different hopefully better and easyer.
I'm using helders AIO 1.4 board and I'm planning to put the analogue stick in as well.
I'm planning to use a carbon fibre wrap to stick around my new clear green case. The sticker is two tone as well green/purple. Plus I'll be adding LEDS in places to shine through but still in the planning process on that lol.

Really excited to see how the carbon fiber will turn out! Good going there
Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to inform you that I am currently moving very far away, and therefore I am very busy.
UPDATE: I am still alive! My ISP is setting up my internet on the 19th of January at my new place, explaining my offline-ness.
If you write me a PM, I will very likely take some time to respond.
Also, my 2nd build will soon go on, so if you've been following it, please stay tuned!
Many thanks for your understanding!

That looks legit.Psy128 wrote:Just done my 1st half of wrapping the case
Are you going to give it a glossy or matte finish or will you leave it like that?

At the moment I'm leaving it like that I've saved some test piece to see how is looks later. The back of the case is going to be hard to do lol.sotasystems wrote:That looks legit.Psy128 wrote:Just done my 1st half of wrapping the case

What it looks like with some buttons in. just little issue is the analogue joystick it rubs due to the thickness so I need to do a small mod to make it longer.

Cool man.Psy128 wrote:What it looks like with some buttons in. just little issue is the analogue joystick it rubs due to the thickness so I need to do a small mod to make it longer.
I had the same issue with the analog sticks in my build, my fix was to put a tiny bit of hot glue in the stick so it won't fall out and then I put it on a little bit higher than it's supposed to go, and that did the trick.

Re: Psy128 2nd gbz
you could also shave down a little indentation on the inside of the case, that way the stick would protrude out a little further

I've now install my screen and started to lay down the internals. I've got a nice screen cover on order
