Unlisted BW variant screen

This BW board isn't one of the ones listed in the Wiki. Was wondering if anyone has worked with this board and what mod I may need to do to it to get it working with 5v, if any.

I think mike_louisxvi had that screen in this topic:

He soldered the power wire directly to one of the pins on the power regulator.
